Kelly Ross is a native of Florida and is married to Joan Finfrock-Ross. Kelly and Joan live in Meadows Place, Texas and share their home with Baylor the beagle. Joan serves as Minister of Community at Westbury Baptist Church in Houston.

Kelly is a veteran Minister of Music with many years serving churches in Florida, Alabama, Texas and Mississippi. Kelly received his education at Troy University and Baptist College of Florida. He also has done additional studies at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and Truett Seminary.

Kelly has been active in Rotary Club for many years. He also sings with the Singing Men of Texas (South East group). Kelly enjoys reading and studying presidential history and biographies of musicians and musical groups.

Joy Radabaugh has served as the NOBC Office Administrator since 2008. She has 37+ years administrative experience, and is semi-retired from her Critter Pictures Animal Photography business.

Joy has two sons. Her areas of interest include the Bible, music, musical instruments (primarily flute and Irish whistles), reading, photography, graphic arts, languages, a life-long love of animals and nature, and making homemade pickles.

Joy is a born-again believer since the age of 9 and her goal in life is to be all that God made her to be.
